HR Specialist

We are looking for an HR Specialist with 3–5 years of HR experience to support the day-to-day people operations of an assigned client account. The role focuses on attendance and workforce monitoring, timesheet administration, employee relations, retention, performance coaching, and client HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor attendance, punctuality, time-off, and workforce trends.
• Review and reconcile employee timesheets, preferably using SAP Fieldglass.
• Handle employee concerns, check-ins, retention initiatives, and HR interventions.
• Conduct coaching sessions and support performance management.
• Serve as a primary HR contact for client stakeholders and resolve employee-related concerns.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee records, reports, and audits.
• Prepare attendance, attrition, and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in workforce administration, employee relations, and performance coaching.
• Staffing/BPO or client-facing HR experience is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and reporting.
• Experience with SAP Fieldglass or similar workforce/timesheet systems preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Work Setup: On-site / Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
