HR Specialist

About the role

You will work on client sites and inside client engagements, delivering projects scoped and overseen by the CEO. The CEO remains the client's main contact and signs off every recommendation; you make the work happen on the ground. Starts at 1–2 fixed weekdays per week, with potential to increase days as the client portfolio grows. Requires availability during business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Run data collection for people audits — document review, employee and manager interviews, site visits
• Build org charts, job descriptions, workload and headcount models, and cost scenarios
• Draft policies, HR calendars, performance cycle materials and monthly client reporting packs
• Configure and implement HRIS for clients: data migration, setup, user training, first-cycle support
• Present CEO-reviewed deliverables to clients and follow up on agreed actions between visits
• Escalate — same day — any client request touching scope, pricing, timeline, termination or legal risk

About you

• 2–4 years in an in-house HR role (HR Generalist / Officer / HRBP support) or HR consulting
• Based in Bangkok and able to travel to client offices within the metro area
• Available on fixed weekdays during business hours
• Working knowledge of the Labour Protection Act — enough to recognise legal risk and stop
• Fluent Thai; professional working English, written and spoken
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets — pivot tables, lookups, clean data structuring
• Writes clear, accurate documents with minimal revision
• Composed in front of senior stakeholders; able to ask an uncomfortable question directly
