Zakres obowiązków

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring coordination.
• Providing orientation and on-boarding for new hires and assisting new hires in completing employment formalities,
• Administer employee benefits and support employees with benefit-related inquiries.
• Preparing, maintaining, and updating employment-related documentation, including employment contracts and other HR documentation, in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within HR systems and personnel records.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of mandatory medical examinations and health & safety training.
• Preparing regular HR reports and analyses, while ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date status of employee data within HR systems.
• Provide support to managers and employees on labor law and HR-related matters.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and administration.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Poszukiwane kompetencje

• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources related experience

• Good knowledge of labor law and HR processes.

• Experience managing recruitment projects independently.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of HR systems would be an advantage

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and/or sensitive business information.

• Good command of English

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
