HR Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a local Indonesian Recruitment Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing plant, covering frontline production workers and office staff. English is required as the working language; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus. Candidates with experience in organizational transformation and corporate culture building will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle plant recruitment for frontline workers and internal staff, including demand confirmation, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer administration and onboarding follow-up to ensure stable manpower support for production and operation.

• Develop, maintain and optimize local Indonesian recruitment channels (online platforms, offline markets, schools, agencies, internal referrals, etc.) to improve recruitment efficiency and control costs.

• Standardize plant recruitment processes, compile regular recruitment data and reports, and analyze key indicators such as recruitment efficiency and staff turnover.

• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to forecast manpower demands, formulate targeted recruitment plans and fill vacancies timely.

• Support organizational transformation, team optimization and corporate culture construction initiatives to assist talent team development and positive workplace atmosphere building.

• Complete other recruitment-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Nationality: Candidates have full working rights for Indonesia.

• Language: Fluent in English for daily work communication and documentation; Mandarin speaker is a major bonus.

• Experience: 1+ year recruitment experience, manufacturing/plant recruitment experience preferred; familiar with full-cycle recruitment for frontline and office positions.

• Core Competencies: Familiar with local Indonesian labor market and recruitment resources; equipped with good communication, negotiation and execution skills, able to deliver recruitment targets under pressure.

• Quality: Detail-oriented, data-sensitive, with strong teamwork awareness and professional HR work ethics.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

• Fluent in Mandarin for daily business communication.

• Hands-on experience in enterprise organizational transformation, process optimization or corporate culture promotion.

• Familiar with the management mode and culture of Chinese-funded manufacturing factories.
