HR – Employee Relations

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
• Assist in resolving employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
• Conduct employee investigations and prepare necessary documentation and reports.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, rules, and procedures.
• Monitor and address employee disciplinary cases in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Facilitate employee counseling, coaching, and performance-related discussions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and case files.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and programs.
• Coordinate with managers and employees regarding HR-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports, incident reports, notices, and other employee relations documents.
• Support other HR functions and administrative tasks as needed.
