HR Specialist

General Tasks Include

• Manage recruitment and hiring
• Help managers in employee relations matters
• Help managers in compensation discussions
• Manage employee benfits
• Help managers in employee compliance matters
• Help managers with training and development matters
• Prepare payroll time reporting and benefits reporting for bookkeeper
• Help to prepare and respond to any needed monthly, quarterly, and annual tax documents
• Manage 401K reporting bi-weekly and yearly census reporting
• Help to prepare Sales Tax and Property Tax calculations
• Learn and effectively use electronic health record software to help with needed reporting
• Manage all Business Insurance Policies
• Manage provider liability policies
• Process new employee paperwork
• Process employee group insurance applications/ waivers, yearly renewal
• Process employee voluntary benefits

In the role of HR Specialist, you will be essential in managing employee records and supporting human resources functions within the organization. You will utilize your core skills to ensure accurate reporting and enhance efficiency along side the managers in our organizaton. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to contribute to maintaining compliance and to fostering a productive workplace. Join us to play a vital role in our HR operations.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
