HR Specialist

工作职责:

主要职责 Main Responsibility

• Implement and consistently improve HR policies, procedures and standards.

落实并持续改善人事相关政策、流程及标准

• Implement the recruitment plan including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer preparation.

根据规划实施招聘，包括职位发布、人员筛选、面试安排及录用通知准备

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.

协助办理员工入职与离职流程

• Manage employee profiles and maintain HR data in the HR system.

管理员工人事档案，维护 HR 系统中的人事数据

• Monthly payroll calculation and validate attendance, leave records, and other relevant HR data.

月度考勤核查以及薪资计算

• Implement training projects and follow up according to training plan.

根据培训计划实施并跟踪

• Arrange new hire orientation，Support probation performance management.

组织新员工入职培训，协助开展试用期绩效管理工作

• Assist and coordinate in company events, such as family day, team building, etc.

公司活动支持，如家庭日，团队建设等s

• Assist to establish a good communication and relationship with staff.

维持良好的员工关系

• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

任职条件:

任职要求Qualification：

• Bachelor degree or above, fluent in oral and written English.

本科及以上学历，英语听说读写流利

• 2+ years’ working experience in HR and Admin function in manufacturing company, auto industry is a plus.

2年制造型企业人事行政相关经验，汽车行业更佳

• Good knowledge of China Labor Law, employment contract law, local regulations and practices;

熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并有实际操作运用经验

• Proactive, strong learning ability, can work independently as well as part of a team, comfortable to work under pressure; Passionate, outgoing and good at communication, strong sense of responsibility

具有良好的职业道德，勤勉好学，具有团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力，责任心强

• Good PC skills of MS-Office, e.g. PPT Excel Word.
