HR Specialist

About the role

We are a boutique hotel seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage our human resources operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding for all hotel departments
• Manage employee contracts, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, warning letters, and employee certificates / reference letters
• Process monthly payroll via HRIS, manage employee database, and handle PPh 21 tax reporting
• Ensure compliance with company regulations, hotel SOPs, and Indonesian labor laws
• Maintain HR policies and employee discipline

About you

• Minimum 2 years experience as HR Specialist / HR Generalist, preferably from hospitality / hotel industry
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, payroll, BPJS, and PPh 21
• Familiar with HRIS system
• Well-versed in Indonesian labor law and HR compliance
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential data
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
