SKINPRO Rx is a new and upcoming dermatological skincare brand under Pornkasem Cosmetics Company -- a startup subsidiary of Pornkasem Group.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an HR Specialist who truly loves working with people and thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. Responsibilities:

• Handle overall HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations.
• Plan and execute recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage payroll, tax, social security, and employee benefits accurately.
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate development programs.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Handle employee relations, internal communications, and engagement activities.
• Maintain HR databases and prepare monthly HR reports.
• Support management in manpower planning and HR strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience covering multiple functions.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
