HR Specialist

About the role

We're seeking a versatile HR professional to drive recruitment excellence and support broader HR operations. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, conduct compensation benchmarking, and build strong partnerships with universities and institutions. You'll also play a key role in onboarding, talent pipeline development, and supporting HR operations when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver timely hires.
• Develop hiring plans aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain pipelines for niche and future roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Prepare offers, negotiate packages, and support onboarding.
• Conduct salary surveys and compensation benchmarking to stay competitive.
• Track recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire).
• Drive campus engagement: career fairs, networking events, and partnerships with universities.
• Develop internship, graduate trainee, and management trainee programs.

About you

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in end to end recruitment.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights.
• Passion for engaging with talent communities and building future pipelines.
• Preferably 3-5 years' experience in Recruitment/ Talent Management.
