HR Specialist

Position: HR Specialist
💵Salary:

• Starting from 45,000–55,000 THB + KPI + Bonus

(Monthly bonuses awarded for recognized work efficiency and enthusiasm by company leaders)

💼 Main Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Prepare employment documents, performance evaluations, and paperwork
• Maintain and update employee databases, personnel files, and HR databases
• Administer employee benefits (social security, vacation, bonuses, etc.)
• Manage attendance, leave records, and overtime (OT) tracking to ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and required documentation
• Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary and allowance payments

🎯 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource or related field
• 3+ years in HR or related field experience (Factory or mass employees)
• Knowledge of Thai labor law, social security, and internal company documents
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, multitasking ability
• Proficient English (Speak Read and Writing), Chinese is a plus
• Thai nationality
