What you’ll do:

It is a site HR role to master in full-function HR fields to meet business growth and plant transformation. This position would be the human resource business partner to strategically deploy functional excellence to support business operation as major responsibility, influence and develop leaders in the basis of partnership. Functional areas of human resources include but not limited to talent acquaction, talent retention, employee relationship development, employee experiecne optimization and HR projects.

"1. Lead talent acquisition : recruit, screen, interview and advise in the selection of all external and internal talent and internal transfer of the facility including management role, non-supervisory personnel, working level staffs and shop floor employees to meet manning strategy , and well-utilize corporate resource (TAC). 
2. Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties with a focus on Benefit Projects,  P-file administration,budget preparation, and insurance renewal etc. 
3. Optimize onboarding and staffing effeciency and effectiveness to satisfy employee experience in Golf pride. 
4. Build up employer branding initiatives and employee value proposition to reinforce meaningful and exciting working environment.
5. Be the company inclusive and diverse culture ambassador to promote Golf Pride culture and Eaton core value to support employees' person-group fir and person-organization fit. 
6. Develop, recommend, implement and maintain company policies and procedures, conduct the effective and efficient communication through all channels to well-inform employees and coach stakeholder.
7. Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of HR activities.
8. Responsible for planning and executing varied countious improvement projects that are assigned to drive business growth. "

Qualifications:

• Human Resource , Business Management or Psychology Bachelor / Master Degree
• 3 years above working experience in human resource. Manufacturing or retails industry is a plus.
• Skill set of local recruitment, employee relationship development, compensation and benefit deployment are must.
• Expert in excel , PowerPoint and Office software.
• Power BI or modern HR tool is plus.
• Fluent English is a plus.
• Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and situations with discretion.
• Group facilitation and presentation skills.
• Able to jump out of HR field to learn and dive in financial and business operational field.
• Able to build internal and external network to optimize information and obtain best practice.
