Recruitment and Staffing:
- Post job openings and coordinate recruitment process.
- Screen resumes, interview candidates, and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth integration process.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance review systems.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback/support to managers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
