HR Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage internal HR operations, coordinate HR services for clients, and oversee training-related administration and submissions. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, organized, and comfortable working with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day internal HR operations, including employee records, leave administration, HR documentation, and policy implementation.
• Handle client enquiries regarding HR services and coordinate service delivery.
• Manage the company's Training Provider (TP) account, including training-related documentation, submissions, and claims.
• Coordinate training arrangements and liaise with clients, trainers, and relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Support the improvement of internal HR processes and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR services, or training administration.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• Candidates with an HRD Corp Train-The-Trainer (TTT) certificate, or those willing to obtain the certification, are preferred.
• Experience in HRD Corp Training Provider account management and training submissions is an advantage.
• Good command of English; Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage.
