Ohi is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll coordination, leave management, and HR operations.
• Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.

Required Skills

• Experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of HR processes, employee documentation, and onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Eligibility Criteria
