HR SPECIALIST

About the role

Join our international team in the health and rehabilitation sector. We are looking for a responsible HR professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to employee support and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, maintain personnel records, and update employee databases.
• Review attendance, leave records, and information required for payroll processing.
• Coordinate social security matters and related documentation.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Thai labour laws and stay updated on relevant legislative changes.
• Assist in preparing work rules, warning letters, and disciplinary documentation.
• Communicate company policies, respond to employee enquiries, and support employee relations.
• Coordinate visa and work permit documentation with the responsible personnel.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of HR experience.
• Sound knowledge of Thai labour laws and the ability to apply them in practice, particularly regarding working hours, leave, overtime pay, disciplinary procedures, and termination of employment.
• Knowledge of social security requirements and HR procedures.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ByteHR is an advantage.
