Per azienda multiservizi si ricerca profilo HR Specialist - Full time - L/V:
- gestire e predisporre la contrattualistica (assunzioni, trasformazioni, cessazioni, proroghe);mantenendo aggiornati i dati anagrafici e contrattuali dei nostri dipendenti.
- Aprire le anagrafiche dei nuovi dipendenti e gestire la documentazione personale (archivio cartaceo e digitale);
- Effettuare le comunicazioni obbligatorie agli Enti (Unilav, ecc.);
- Gestire la verifica e la consuntivazione delle presenze;
- Elaborazione delle buste paga
