HR Specialist

About the role

The HR Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, organizational culture, employee experience, and employee relations. The role also provides support in Training and Development, including learning needs assessment, training coordination, learning pathway implementation, facilitation, and evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative employee engagement and culture-building programs aligned with organizational goals and values.
• Support employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, and other initiatives.
• Analyze employee feedback and translate insights into practical engagement action plans.
• Conceptualize and execute employee activities, recognition programs, culture campaigns, and employee experience initiatives.
• Provide HR support to employees and managers on employee relations concerns and workplace matters.
• Assist in handling and documenting employee concerns, complaints, grievances, and workplace incidents.
• Support the design and implementation of training and development programs based on organizational and employee needs.
• Facilitate selected learning sessions, employee orientations, workshops, and HR programs.
• Leverage digital tools and emerging technologies to improve HR programs, employee communication, and employee experience.
• Manage assigned HR projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with strong exposure to Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Culture Development, and Training.
• Experience in implementing HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, or learning programs is preferred.
• Experience in facilitating training, workshops, orientations, or employee activities is an advantage.
• Canva literate and able to independently create professional and engaging HR materials.
• AI literate and comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, research, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Comfortable learning and using new digital platforms and HR technology.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
