HR Specialist - Compensation & Benefit

1.     Prepare and process regular payroll accurately and within the established payroll schedule.

2.     Review and validate attendance records, timesheets, undertime, tardiness, absences, overtime, holiday work, and other payroll-related data.

3.     Coordinate with timekeepers, department heads, and project/site personnel to resolve attendance and payroll discrepancies.

4.     Calculate salaries, overtime pay, allowances, deductions, incentives, and other employee-related payments.

5.     Process government-mandated contributions and deductions, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, as applicable.

6.     Ensure proper application of company policies affecting payroll.

7.     Prepare payroll reports, payroll registers, and other required payroll documentation.

8.     Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records.

9.     Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of payroll-related accounts and reports.

10.   Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, deductions, attendance, and other payroll concerns.

11.   Ensure payroll records and supporting documents are properly filed and maintained.

12. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee compensation and personal information.
