What they need
Position Summary
We are looking for a highly organized HR professional to join our Global Partner Resources team and provide high-quality HR administration and employee lifecycle support to the Firm’s Partners and senior stakeholders.
This is not a traditional HR administrative role. The position requires someone who is comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information, exercising sound judgment, and communicating confidently with colleagues across different levels, cultures and geographies.
You will support key stages of the Partner lifecycle, from onboarding and changes in personal or employment information through compensation-related processes, leaves, transfers and departures. You will also support reporting, audits, documentation, HR systems and other critical Partner Resources projects.
The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging directly with senior leaders and global stakeholders, including colleagues based in the United States and other international offices. You should be able to communicate clearly and professionally, ask the right questions, manage expectations and confidently follow through on matters from start to completion.
What You’ll Do
- Support the end-to-end administration of the Partner lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, leaves, changes in personal information, compensation-related updates and departures.
- Partner with internal HR and Firm Benefits teams to address questions and resolve employee lifecycle matters.
- Support Partner Evaluation and Compensation, Internal New Partner and Lateral Partner onboarding processes.
- Coordinate documentation and requirements for Partner-related applications, agreements and other sensitive processes.
- Prepare and analyze reports for Partner Resources leadership and senior Firm stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of HR records and processes.
- Maintain confidential Partner records and Firm Safe Files, ensuring documents are accurately processed, maintained and accessible to authorized stakeholders.
- Process changes to Partner information and beneficiary details and ensure relevant parties are appropriately informed.
- Support HRIS activities, including maintaining and auditing Partner information and personal documents in Workday/MyConnect.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and assist with projects requiring analysis, process coordination and timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and proactively recommend practical solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, employee services or a related HR function, preferably supporting a global organization.
- Experience managing employee lifecycle processes and handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to communicate directly with senior leaders, executives and global stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with colleagues from different cultures and geographies.
- Able to communicate with confidence and professionalism while maintaining a service-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through, particularly when managing multiple time-sensitive processes.
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently, make informed decisions and escalate appropriately when needed.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
- Comfortable handling complex or sensitive requests with discretion and sound judgment.
- Process-oriented, with an interest in identifying opportunities to simplify and improve how work gets done.
- Able to see the bigger picture while maintaining accuracy in the details.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment where priorities may change.
Essential Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Workday or another HR management system.
- Knowledge of Qualtrics is an advantage.
- Exposure to client or stakeholder relationship management.
- Strong influencing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presence and confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality.
- Amenable to working a 7:00 PM–5:00 AM Manila shift.
- Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement with onsite work every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- Willing to extend or adjust working hours, including weekends or holidays when required by business needs.
