HR Specialist/Assistant

Description

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including coordination of training sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records in our HR management system.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR programs and benefits.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Qualities and Traits: Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
