HR SPV

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Laws and Employment Regulations.
• Proven experience in drafting and developing Company Regulations.
• Proven experience in designing and developing employee performance appraisal systems.
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Good understanding of PPh 21 and PPh Article 17 calculations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to be firm and experienced in handling employment disputes, including termination of employment (PHK) and Industrial Relations Disputes (PHI).

REQUIREMENTS

• Manage and maintain industrial relations between the company and employees.
• Handle employment-related issues in accordance with applicable labor regulations.
• Develop and manage employee performance appraisal systems and appraisal forms.
• Ensure accurate calculation of employee BPJS and tax PPh 21 & 17 in compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions for HRD & GA functions.
• Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with Indonesian Labor Laws and Employment Regulations.
• English proficiency is required
