HR SR. EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources, Administration, and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) functions, ensuring efficient daily operations and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment laws.
• Lead recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, training & development, disciplinary matters, and foreign worker administration, including permit and regulatory compliance.
• Manage general administrative functions, including company assets, licenses, insurance, contracts, and vendor coordination.
• Perform any other HR related duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Highly independent, proactive, and capable of leading or supporting HR initiatives, coaching team members, and making sound decisions with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Laws and statutory requirements, complemented by excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll systems.
• Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
