HR Staf

About the role

This is an HR Administration role based in Batam, responsible for managing employee data, documentation, and supporting HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll administration.

Key responsibilities

• Execute employee data and document administration
• Support recruitment and employee selection processes
• Manage absenteeism data and employee administration
• Assist with onboarding and new employee administration
• Prepare HR reports on a regular basis
• Manage and ensure completeness of personnel documentation
• Support implementation of company HR policies and programs
• Execute other HR administrative tasks as required by the company

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Psychology, Management, Administration, or related field
• Experience in Human Resources/HR Administration is a plus
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Understanding of employee administration and HR processes
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Meticulous, organized, disciplined, responsible, with strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work to targets and deadlines
• Capable of managing employee data and documents
