HR Staff

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily HR administration and employee records
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and employee data through Talenta
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Handle employee inquiries and support employee relations
• Assist with payroll preparation and HR reporting
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented
• Support HR activities and operational needs across the team

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Staff / HR Officer, preferably from the nightlife, hospitality, F&B, entertainment, or similar industry.
• Must have experience in the same/similar industry for at least 2 years.
• Familiar with HRIS Talenta, including attendance, leave, overtime, and employee data management.
• Good understanding of HR administration and employment regulations.
• Experienced in handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and support employees across different shifts.
• Willing to be based in Bali and work according to operational requirements.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
