Location: Rojana Industrial Estate, Nong Yai

Job Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer administration to ensure timely hiring.
• Facilitate onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and induction programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support Training & Development initiatives by identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and maintaining training records.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, training materials, and other HR-related files in an accurate and confidential manner.
• Assist in HR administrative activities and employee engagement programs as required.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Learning & Development, or related areas.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Communicable English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
