HR STAFF

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviews, and job offers.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
• Identify training needs based on organizational requirements and employee competencies.
• Assist in preparing training schedules, materials, and coordinating training implementation.
• Prepare regular recruitment and training reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support recruitment and training activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in Recruitment and/or Training.
• Good understanding of recruitment, interview, and candidate assessment processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, well-organized, and able to work with targets.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.
