HR Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations & Inquiry: Act as an objective communication bridge between employees and management, addressing daily inquiries and handling administrative matters related to employee relations.
• Administration: Responsible for drafting and managing HR administrative documents (such as Employment Verification Letters, Warning Letters/SP, Employment Contracts/PKWT), as well as processing requests, claims, and logistics for employee business travel (official travel).
• Payroll Processing: Manage attendance data, verify entries, and prepare payroll input data for a large number of employees efficiently and accurately.
• HRIS & Data Optimization: Maintain and input daily operational data into the HRIS platform, actively providing recommendations to streamline and optimize HR administrative workflows.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 – 3 years of working experience as an HR Staff / HR Generalist, with hands-on experience in daily HR operations.
• Advanced Excel & Data Management Skills: Proficient in Excel formulas and functions for efficient large-scale data processing (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Multiple IF, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
• High-Volume Payroll Experience: Proven experience in managing HR administration, attendance consolidation, and payroll data preparation for a large workforce with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to optimize workflow efficiency, along with a strong enthusiasm for learning new HR technologies.
• Basic understanding of the IT industry to collaborate effectively with internal IT/Tech teams.
