HR Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment for Head Office and outlet positions.
• Manage employee administration, including employee data, contracts, and HR documents.
• Monitor and manage attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Handle employee inquiries and assist in resolving employee relations matters.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations.
• Assist in payroll, BPJS, and other HR administration processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/S1 in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Familiar with recruitment, HR administration, attendance, and employee relations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on-site and visit outlet locations when required.
