HR Staff

We are looking for aproactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Staff to join our team and help ensure smooth and effective HR operations.

📍 Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and hiring activities from sourcing, on-boarding to off-boarding.
• Manage 201 filing, employee records, HRIS, attendance, time-off forms.
• Handle employee concerns and HR-related inquiries.
• Manage disciplinary actions, including documentation, notices, and administrative hearings.
• Prepare HR memos, contracts, reports, and other personnel documents.
• Coordinate payroll (if needed support), benefits, and government-mandated requirements.
• Implement and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• With HR experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HRIS and hiring channels is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-oriented.
