NOW HIRING:

HR STAFF (Generalist)

CAREER LEVEL:

• Entry-Level
• Full Time (Probationary Period applies)
• 8-hr Shift (M-F)

COMPENSATION:

• Monthly salary is negotiable based on experience
• SSS, HDMF, PHIC, 13th month pay

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruitment and Employee Onboarding
• Employee Relations
• Training and Development
• Compensation and Benefits
• Other HR Functions

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Preferably with at least 1 year of HR or administrative experience (construction industry background is an advantage).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and government-mandated benefits.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
