HR Staff

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing and identifying candidates, scheduling appointments, administering tests, and coordinating interviews.

Responsible for filling the requisitions with qualified candidates on a timely basis

Conduct initial interviews with qualified applicants and reference checks.

Endorses qualified applicants to the Hiring Managers for interview and to the HR Manager for approval. Coordinates with Operations and other departments.

Ensures and facilitates working documents before onboarding, such as; pre-employment requirements, employment contract, job description, endorsement letter and 201 file, and orientation for new hires.

Establishes and maintains a recruiting network with various schools, training centers, and potential organizations that can provide or endorse a pool of applicants

Responsible for encoding newly hired employees in the HR system for payroll

Maintain and update employees' 201 files records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Conducts background verification for all newly hired applicants

Encodes and maintains the Manpower Database of applicants

Prepares weekly recruitment accomplishment report

Assists with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Assist the immediate superior in other matters that require immediate action.

Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
