HR Staff

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related course
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage documents properly
• Willing to do fieldwork and process government and business compliance requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to learn and handle various HR-related tasks

Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:

• Assist in processing and monitoring company compliance requirements
• Handle and organize government-related documents and records
• Assist with transactions involving BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, business permits, and other government agencies
• Conduct fieldwork as needed for submission, follow-up, and processing of documents
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments and external offices regarding compliance concerns
• Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records and HR documents
• Provide administrative support for HR-related activities
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
