HR Staff

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

· With HR experience is an advantage; fresh graduates may be considered.

· Knowledge of basic HR processes and employment practices.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

· Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

· Assist with recruitment and hiring, including job posting, applicant screening, interviews, and onboarding.

· Maintain and update employee records and HR files.

· Assist with employee onboarding and orientation.

· Monitor employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.

· Handle employee inquiries and assist with employee relations concerns.

· Prepare HR reports, documents, memos, and other administrative requirements.

· Coordinate with departments regarding employee requirements and HR concerns.

· Assist in monitoring company policies and procedures.

· Support performance evaluation and employee engagement activities.

· Assist with government and employment-related documentation when required.

· Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

· Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
