HR Staff

Payroll Processing

• Assist in the preparation and processing of employee payroll on a regular payroll schedule.
• Collect, review, and verify payroll inputs including basic salary, overtime, holiday pay, night differential, allowances, deductions, absences, undertime, and other adjustments.
• Ensure accurate computation and proper documentation of payroll-related transactions.
• Coordinate with Finance/Accounting regarding payroll discrepancies and adjustments.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee payroll information.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and supporting documents.

Timekeeping & Attendance

• Monitor and maintain daily employee attendance and timekeeping records.
• Review biometric/DTR records for missing punches, late arrivals, undertime, absences, and overtime.
• Validate and process approved overtime, leave, schedule changes, and other attendance adjustments.
• Coordinate with supervisors and department heads regarding attendance discrepancies.
• Ensure that timekeeping records are complete and accurate before payroll processing.
• Prepare regular attendance and timekeeping reports.

HR Administrative Support

• Maintain organized and updated employee payroll and attendance records.
• Assist employees with payroll and timekeeping-related inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare reports and documents required by HR Management.
• Assist in other HR administrative tasks and activities as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and established payroll and timekeeping procedures.
