HR Staff

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening CV, scheduling interview, make offer and handle the new employee onboarding session
• Manage day-to-day and periodical HR administrative task (ex: employee attendance, contract, leave, BPJS, payroll report, etc)
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, performance, and compliance with company policies and standard.
• Monitor & handle employee relations, concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially and work closely with Head Office to settle issues / dispute.
• Prepare regular HR report for top management, customer and stakeholder.
• Monitor & report foreign worker working permit request & renewal and work closely with Head Office to ensure smooth regulation compliance.

Job Specification :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from Psychology, Law, Management or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as HR Generalist / HR Officer. Preferably had experience working at Construction / EPC company.
• Able to operate Microsoft Suite to support HR Function (Word, Excel, Power Point) and supporting tools.
• Able to use English as daily professional conversation language.
• Understand Indonesian workforce & manpower regulation & law.
• Willing to be placed to our Construction Project (on-site) and rotated to another Project according to commpany dynamic needs.
