HR Staff

The HR Officer / HR Generalist is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day human resources functions, ensuring that employees are properly supported and that company policies, procedures, and labor requirements are consistently implemented.

The role covers recruitment, employee records, attendance and leave monitoring, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, and general HR administration.

The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential employee information with professionalism

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Experience with payroll and attendance systems is an advantage.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees at different levels.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and reliable.
