HR Staff

DESCRIPTION:

• The Human Resource Staff is responsible for performing a variety of human resource support duties. Assist in maintaining the human resource database and all employee records and files.

• Handles timekeeping for payroll and monitor employee’s late and absences. Completes assigned reporting functions involving attendance statistics, termination, hire and transfer data and other information assigned.

• The Human Resource Assistant reports to the Human Resource Officer and provides recommendations regarding the development and administration of human resource policies and programs. Assists in performing new employees of human resource policies and programs as needed. Performs general office support functions and assists area personnel as necessary.

QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or any related courses

• Must have at least 2 years work experience in the same field

• Must be incredibly detail –oriented, not letting anything fall through the cracks

• Must be exceptional at oral and written communication, as he will answer all calls and draft all correspondences.

• Should have wonderful interpersonal skills, as he will serve as the gatekeeper and face of his supervisor.

• Must be skilled at multitasking

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
