HR Staff

About the role

Under the guidance of the HR Supervisor, process daily HR activities accurately and promptly, maintain complete and traceable employee records, and follow up on onboarding, attendance, probation, training, and offboarding milestones. Provide clear HR process support to employees and departments, identify and escalate missing information and exceptions, and supply reliable supporting data for payroll processing and personnel decisions.

About you

• Education in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent administrative or HR capability may also be considered
• Fresh graduates with strong learning ability may be considered; HR, recruitment, or attendance administration experience is preferred
• Able to organize, check, and summarize data in Excel or equivalent tools and learn company systems such as Lark
• Effective working communication in English and Filipino, with accurate notices, emails, and work records
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and discreet, with proactive follow-up and timely escalation of uncertainties
• Able to follow approved procedures and distinguish administrative authority from personnel decision-making authority
