IPH Schools is an international school in Surabaya that adopts the Cambridge curriculum with English as the medium of instruction. Since its establishment, IPH has been committed to providing holistic education that combines academic excellence, character formation, and a biblical perspective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in HR, preferably in a school or education environment.
• Experience in HR administration, recruitment support, employee records, and documentation.
• Basic understanding of employment regulations and HR procedures.
• Good communication, organizational, and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
