HR Staff

Job Responsibilities :

• End-to-end recruitment
• HR documentation
• Manage attendance, payroll and benefits
• Onboarding - Offboarding, and employee HR service.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a Hospitality or FnB Generalist or HR officer role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (Talenta KPI)
• Knowledge in indonesian labor law and HR compliance, Payroll and benefits administration and Basic recruitment and selection techniques.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential information.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
