HR Staff

• Assists in recruitment and conducts general orientation.
• Handles timekeeping, benefits inquiry, and administration.
• Monitors and collects performance evaluation of employees
• Ensures compliance to the company policies, handbook, and code of conduct.
• Handles disciplinary cases, grievances and concerns.
• Prepares Notice of Offense and Notice of Disciplinary Action.
• Provides general support to connecting departments
• Compile and update employee records.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Reports to the Corporate HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related field.
• With atleast background in timekeeping or willing to be exposed to all aspects of HR.

Sta. Quiteria, Baesa, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
