HR Staff

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR administration and maintain accurate employee records and personnel documentation
• Coordinate recruitment and employee onboarding processes
• Maintain employment contracts, attendance, leave, and other employee-related records
• Coordinate BPJS registration and other mandatory employee registrations
• Support government and manpower compliance requirements
• Coordinate permits, licenses, and employment-related government submissions
• Coordinate foreign employee documentation, immigration matters, and work permit requirements where applicable
• Monitor regulatory requirements and support the company's compliance with applicable Indonesian employment and administrative regulations
• Maintain complete and up-to-date HR and statutory documentation
• Support payroll preparation and other employee-related administrative processes

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in HR, administration, or a related field
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to support general administration, HR and recruitment coordination, reporting, and external coordination with developers, government authorities, and service providers
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP and/or HR management systems
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
