HR Staff

Job Summary:

The HR Staff will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities and employee relations, ensuring efficient hiring processes and maintaining positive employee relationships within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements and recruitment updates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assist in applicant assessments and job offer preparation.
• Maintain and update applicant records and recruitment reports.
• Assist in employee relations matters, including employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Support the implementation of company policies, rules, and disciplinary procedures.
• Assist in preparing notices, documentation, and reports related to employee relations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
• At least 1 year p of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and basic employee relations procedures.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
