HR Staff

1. About the role

   Ebara Foods (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our Human Resources team in Chonburi. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our human resources operations and contributing to the strategic objectives of our organization. As an HR Staff member, you will be instrumental in delivering essential HR services that enhance employee engagement, support recruitment initiatives, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role is integral to maintaining our company's commitment to being an excellent employer and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Handle for employee relation and HR activities.
3. Support employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure new employees are properly integrated into the organization.
4. Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including meetings schedule, preparing reports and managing correspondence.
6. Assist in processing employee benefits, leave applications and other HR-related requests.
7. Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
8. Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications initiatives.
9. Assist in performance management processes and employee development program.
10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism and discretion.
11. All HR and GA relation task.
12. Other assignment.

What we're looking for

1. Female age 25 - 40 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, HR, Psychology, Business Administration, General Management or a related field.
3. Experience minimum 3 - 5 years in a human resources and administrative role.
4. Strong knowledge of Thai labour law, Employee relationship and HR best practices.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Power point etc.
7. Strong communication skills in both Thai and English or Japanese will be interested.
8. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues across departments.
9. High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion when handling confidential information and Trustworthy.
10. Focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service to employees.
11. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
12. Knowledge about food safety systems, documents supporting; GHP HACCP, HALAL,ISO9001 and FSSC22000 etc.
13. Experience in food industry will be preferred.
