What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Administration, or related fields
- Min. 1 year experience in HR Administration
- Proficient in Payroll Administration, BPJS, and HRIS (preferably Oracle)
- Experienced in contract management (SPK) & outsourcing administration
- Knowledge of academic/higher education administration (NUPTK & lecturer data) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong teamwork skills
- High integrity in handling confidential HR data
