HR STAFF

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Psychology, BS Human Resource Management, or any related course.
• Preferably with experience in Human Resources; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of basic HR functions and Philippine labor standards is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work onsite in CPIP, Calamba City, Laguna.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination.
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and other HR records.
• Assist in attendance monitoring, leave administration, and preparation of HR reports.
• Support onboarding, employee orientation, and other HR-related activities.
• Assist in the implementation of company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Prepare HR documents, correspondence, and other administrative reports.
• Provide support in employee relations, training, and engagement activities.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
