HR STAFF

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection.
• Coordinate with user departments regarding manpower requirements.
• Manage employee performance appraisal and probation evaluation processes.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities.
• Support employee relations and the implementation of HR policies.
• Develop and update HR SOPs, workflows, and supporting documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in Recruitment.
• Familiar with Performance Management, Training amp; Development, and Employee Relations.
• Able to prepare SOPs and HR documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
