HR Staff (IR-ER)

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law/Psychology/Industrial Relations.
2. Minimum of 1 year experiences in relevant position, preferably in manufacture industry.
3. Have knowledge about regulation and law of employment
4. Good communication, negotiation, problem solver & decision making
5. Update about labor law issues
6. HR certification as professional HR would be an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Coaching & Counseling
2. Maintain relationship with labour union & government
3. Building good relationship between employee and management
4. Monitoring warning letter
5. Gathering issue & Information distribution
6. Implementing the company’s CSR program
