HR Staff - Payroll

About the role

HR Assistant – Payroll role involves supporting payroll and billing operations for manpower agencies, processing timekeeping records, and coordinating with departments and external agencies on payroll-related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll and billing for manpower agencies
• Review and verify Daily Time Records (DTR), supporting documents, and manpower headcount submitted for billing
• Handle the routing and liaison of billing documents to Department Heads and concerned personnel for review, signature, and approval
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of billing documents prior to processing
• Perform SAP encoding and processing, including Purchase Requisition (PR) and Service Entry Sheet (SES) entries
• Manage AMS enrollment for manpower agency employees, including adding, updating, and deleting employee records
• Coordinate with manpower agencies and concerned departments regarding payroll, billing, DTR, headcount, and employee record discrepancies
• Assist the HR Officer in audit preparations, including gathering, organizing, and verifying required documents and records
• Perform monthly labor cost encoding and prepare daily manpower deployment reports
• Coordinate PMO jeepney transportation billing, including checking and processing related supporting documents

About you

• BSBA-FM, BSBA HRDM, BSIT or other related business course
• 1-2 years of experience
• Payroll & Billing Processing
• Timekeeping / DTR Management
• SAP proficiency
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Data Accuracy & Attention to Detail
• Communication & Coordination Skills
